How BNC handles website requirements.
The requirement form is an intake channel, not an automated sales system. It creates a durable record for human review and does not authorize a quotation or buyer response.
What the requirement form records.
BNC records the contact, organization, buyer type, product, quantity, destination, intended use, timing, specification status, delivery basis, requirement details and limited source attribution supplied with the form.
Do not submit confidential or regulated material here.
Do not include identification documents, banking or payment data, confidential bid files, protected beneficiary information, credentials or secrets. Use a shareable non-confidential specification link only. A controlled exchange can be arranged after human review.
Form values are excluded from website analytics events.
The site stores privacy-safe interaction names such as page view, form start, step progression, validation failure and submission result in BNC's Cloudflare D1 database. Events use a random session identifier stored only for the browser session; they exclude form-field values, email addresses and inquiry text. Cloudflare may retain ordinary security and request logs needed to operate and protect the site.
